You are absolutely right ^

1) Just because Kakashi has knowledge of Itachi going blind does not mean he is going blind himself.
2) You would see signs if Kakashi was losing his eye sight. It would have been brought up some how.
(those Manga slides just show how intelligent Kakashi is, not that he's going blind)
exactly

kakashi wont ever go blind because hes not an uchiha, his eye was transplanted which is why he wont go blind. (however this might not be the reason ofcourse but i know for a fact he cant/wont go blind)
the transplant theory is right.
thats why sasuke took itachis eyes, so he wont go blind.
kikashi took obitos eye so thus in the transplant lost the effects of blindness.
its all explained in the chapters about madara taking his brothers eyes.
im just to lazy to look it up

one way he can know about the bad eyesight is when itachi used tsyukiomi on him and kisame mentioned that it was dangerous and when kakashi fought sasuke he knew about susanoo and all that so he probobly really studied about it all

Kakashi didn't take MS eye so it can't be assumed that a transplanted eye starts to lose its vision until its stated in the manga it is a assumption. I am sure Kakashi has studied about the Sharingan and MS.. Probably has plenty of resources in his position. Since the Hokage would trust him enough and he is one of the very few people that would benefit from learning about the Sharingan. Especially since he was chosen to teach Sasuke..

A large number of you are saying that Kakashi will never go blind because he had his eye transplanted. Imo, this is completely untrue. There is no clear evidence that what worked for Madara would work for Kakashi. There are some things you can assume from manga chapters that aren't necessarily confirmed, but this is not one of them. Let me explain...

Here is one of the important pages in the explanation of the transfer:

If you read the chapter again, you'll remember that in Madara's case, he was already going blind due to his MS when he transplanted his brothers eyes. Not to mention, his brother also had a MS when his eyes were transferred. The panel says that the exchange can only be done through clansman but Kakashi is a special case because he never had a sharingan to begin with.

Here is my point.....given this explanation, we have to assume that the only way to get an EMS is to have already possessed the MS when you received a transfer of Sharingan eyes. Since Kakashi received Obito's eye before it had the MS, he did not benefit from eternal sight. Since he developed the MS later, he will definitely go blind eventually. He can only obtain EMS if he had another transfer at this point.

There is one thing we can assume that is not confirmed in the text regarding this issue; that if you are going blind from MS and need a transfer, it is not required for the doner's eyes to MS eyes. If a transfer was done where the doner did not possess MS, it is assumed that the user would still retain his full MS abilities and thus have an EMS.

To this end, and old theory of mine is that if indeed a double MS transfer is done, like Madara/Izuna and Itachi/Sasuke, than that new owner would not only retain his old MS abilities, but would also gain those possessed by the doner. Thoughts?

Getting back to the topic, I think I have explained my case why Kakashi will eventually go blind and I also think he is suffering from vision loss in that eye already.

Seems like Sasuke started going blind almost as soon as he started using his MS abilities, while Kakashi still hasn't shown any signs of losing his sight in his shraringan eye. Clearly using the Kamui drains him physically but i haven't seen the longer effect of blindness, like in sasuke, and it seems like they've both used their MS abilities about the same number of times, sasuke maybe a couple more but the effects were noticable to him right away. I really dont have any idea why or why not, but thought someone else might have an idea. sorry if this was already a thread.
Itachi had his MS for several years and still wasn't blind. He was losing his eyesight, but he wasn't blind yet. I think a big part of the problem was that Sasuke used his new techniques too often and too close together. He didn't give himself time to heal and recover between uses.

Plus, Sasuke was using more techniques that Itachi ever did. Sasuke was using his MS to use Amaterasu and then extinguish it again (which Itachi didn't do), and he was using an amaterasu release shield at times. Combine this with his repeated and prolonged uses of Susanoo, and it's not hard to imagine that he went blind so fast.

Itachi used his MS techniques rarely. He didn't use Amaterasu or Susanoo as often as Sasuke, though he did use Tsukuyomi enough to master it. Maybe tsukuyomi doesn't make you go blind as quickly.
