Google isn't always a reliable source of information, but this doesn't seem like bullshit. Google says that only Salt Water conducts electricity. When salts are dissolved in water, they separate into different electrically charged atoms called ions. This allowed electricity to conduct more freely though water.

Pure water, without minerals like salt, cannot conduct energy. It is to my understanding that Water conjured from raw chakra is pure water. So I don't understand why in technique like these that don't involve pre-existing water but rather utilize pure water, why electricity is still able to be conducted.

afaik pure water self-ionizes into ions, which do conduct electricity

False, water doesn't conduct electricity only the ions within it. So unless the water is going to be absolutely pure its conducting electricity.

Also if you truly believed only salt water conducts electricity go throw a toaster in your bathwater :lol

Well, the science is not bad in this thread.

Anyhow, Kishimoto probably wanted to show it as being realistic, I suppose?

Pure water, i.e. distilled water, doesn't conduct electricity but the everyday water like the stuff coming out of your tap, rain or what makes up seas and oceans does because of impurities like salt, calcium etc. They conduct electricity because essentially, they are charged.

In kishi's mind it's not H2O but water with minerals, like rain, like the one you drink...just that
Even humans are made of water and not only by H2O

And where do you get the impression that water formed with raw chakra is pure?

Because using chakra for ninjutsu is a sin so everytime someone uses a water jutsu to hurt someone the water comes out tainted

Even distilled water does. Pure Water ionizes (albeit weakly). Also, if the electricity is strong enough, it'll induce ionization (creating even more ions)
