why does tsunade favor naruto over everyone in the village

i mean really, it's wasnt clear at the begining but it became kind f obvious...i know that tsunade sees dan and nawaki inside naruto and consider the kid like her son or brother but still...

it seems like tsunade favors naruto even over sizune, the kid can do whathever he want as long as tsunade is the hokage...he can go on dangerous missions even though he isnt suppose to in he first place, tsunade always arhue with the elder for naruto's sake even putting her title of hokage in the line for the brat sake...but all that for what?

the kid spends most of his time insulting her and disrespecting her but she end up always forgiving and tolerating the kid behaviour...isnt that bad for a hokage to be that bias, i mean she refuse to let shika go revange asume, kakshi has to intervene but she let naruto go hunt akatsuki left and right..

i know we have our bias some times but tsunade has to lay low with treating naruto special over eeryone else in the village

WELL, once he saved her @$$ from Pain, she kinda just let him do whatever

Naruto only insults her in a joking manner. It's not meant to really hurt her and she knows that. That's why she forgives him those insults because those are only said as a joke.
As for the rest ... Well you basically answered your question: she sees her dead family in him and that's why she favours him more than the rest. And as for him hunting Akatsuki - wasn't that permission first given as a way to rescue Gaara? And he had to take a team with him. The other times it was because they thought it would give them a lead to Sasuke if I remember right. And seeing as Tsunade probably wants to give Naruto the chance to save his friend (something she unfortunately failed to do with Oro) she gives him so much opportunities to do that. But I think that if he ever gets in real danger, she will call him back.
And Naruto wants to be a Hokage, so she probably wants to help him achieve that dream.
That's what I think anyway. I could be wrong of course ^^;

well i iknow all the naruto and nawaki thing and the saving her ass thing to but still...i expected her to be kind of bias but not at the level she shows in the manga, it's over the top...ususally tsunade doesnt tolerate back talk or insult even as jokes, in fact jounins and abnu tremble when she start raising her voice but with naruto she just let it flow

Do you know how much she misses her two lost ones who resembles Naruto? Well its not mainly because of that she trust him so much, its because she has the "power to believe". Watch shippuden 158, and what she tells the elder, to have faith in the new generation, which they lack.

And Naruto is the only one that asks her for missions and stuff too.
