This, more or less. I don't know why a lot of people thought he meant that she didn't love him anymore, I thought it was pretty obvious that he was comparing her current affection towards him with how she was when she first joined Team 7. As in, her affection towards him has actually matured and turned into love.

It was obvious Sakura was in love with Sasuke for the longest time, Kakashi commented on the the mere fact that Sakura still cares for Sasuke even though he tried to kill her twice. Kakashi wouldn't have said Sakura "was a kind girl", if she was still in love with him. He would have called her crazy, she'd be Karin crazy, which we know Sakura isn't as crazy as Karin.
No Sakura just wants to save Sasuke just like Naruto does, she won't let him continue into darkness without a fight. But she isn't romantically inclined with him anymore.
Not saying Sasusaku isn't possible, but its going to take a lot of time before Sakura would jump back on to the that relationship. Maybe a timeskip and a few years after that.
But I think Sasuke is either going to stay rouge, like a good rouge since he can't be Hokage, he'll be the batman of the Naruto Universe or he's going to die a redemption death.
Since all people that have failed the test of the chain hatred have either died horrible or died in a redemption, just like Obito and Nagato.
