It appears that she does based on recent chapters and frankly it has always baffled me. It started off with his looks, but then grew into weird adoration while he's been quiet and frankly a jerk to her from there on. Naruto at least showed unwavering loyalty to her even though he is out of Lord Sasuke's league. Also with all that Lord Sasuke has done since leaving Konoha, I'm surprised Sakura still has feelings for him.
