sakura went out of her way to ask Tsunade for training , all by herself, asking a Hokage for training. That's pretty bold.
She protected Sasuke/Naruto in the forest while they couldn't defend themselves. If she hadn't then Lee would've gotten their too late to help at all. She had nothing to do with Sasuke / Naruto trying to kill each other on the hospital rooftop. She tried to stop them.
who else progressed in part 1 besides Sakura?
who else fought Pein? The whole Leaf Shinobi who were their at the time aside from ROOT.
Sakura fought more than every female in the series.
who else got power-ups? Its not Sakura's fault for bad writing in the series
Healing is an even bigger deal now than it was in part 1. Sakura doesn't have a "kekkei genkei" like her teammates do.
She helps to keep people alive who would die otherwise.
its not Sakura's fault. She did keep Shikamaru alive. If it wasn't for her he would have died before Naruto/Kurama and Tsunade could have helped out. So if Sakura wasn't there, Shikamaru wouldn't be hear now. Why didn't Hinata help heal him wasn't she right there as well?
No one lived up to their potential .. nor did the whole story.
Sakura defeated those mini Juubis the same way Teen Gohan SSJ2 defeated the Cell jr.s.
Does she credit for asking for training?
Why does she even need praise for that?

Naruto and Sasuke..although they did not progress as much as they have in part 2.
They didn't just stand there with a kunai, watching everyone else do the work.
I don't expect little to anything from side characters or fodder ninja so....
And Kakashi fought pein...unfortunately he was the one he died during the battles.
And Hinata, who can get credit for being the only one to go out there and fight him.
Whether she is female who fights more (Which she doesn't. I'm pretty sure, her and side character fight just as much, because that is where her role is more suitable) or not. Does she fight as much as her teammates? Is she engaging in battles as much as her teammates?
Everyone gets their muliple little panels arcs fighting villains except for Sakura, right?

Your right it's not her fault, and I don't blame her for that. It's not like she writes herself.
She is a poorly written character,with (in my opinion) an annoying personality.
Which often leads to dislike/hate for the character rather than the writer.

That is more in the light of the writer. We sakura fans read the same manga as you. The things you read about her that lead you to not like her did the opposite for others. We aren't forcing her on anyone(most of us).
Yet it still about why she is hated/disliked by some Sakura haters or dislikers.
I'm not saying you guys are wrong for liking but I was simply pointing out to femme other reasons as to why she isn't liked.
If you forced her on people, she would just recieve more haters because for some reason. People seem to not like characters over their fans now and days.
