There is a simple example and people seem to over look it. Opposit attract, couples try to find there other half to be complete, now let's look at a couple like minato and kushina, minato is the opposite of kushina he is calm, collective and quiet while kushina is loud headstronge and like to take the lead but they complete each other one have the things the others lacks. Now let's look at naruto he is just like his mother in everything except his looks which he got from his father, hinata is like minato similar personality so that how's they are perfect for each other. Again opposite attracts

Not about getting Naruto to notice her. About she herself becoming stronger despite being shunned by her own family as a weak person. I admire that about her. About the second part of Naruto, it is indeed more focused on how she acts around Naruto, she's become more confident, not cowering away whenever he's around and being more determined and straightforward. Having the guts to tell him motivating words when he's about to break apart.
That was mostly done in part 1 and in a short amount of time.

Also I'm asking about her development in part 2.

I already addressed her development in part 2 and how it's mostly Naruto centered. And it still makes her a better developed character than the majority of the female cast.

Romance is something that should NEVER have been touched upon in Naruto. The truth is the only person Kishi built chemistry for Naruto with is Sasuke. Hinata is a fan girl like Orihime and I find her affection one of transference rather than being believable, she has a hero worship for Naruto that is not healthy in a relationship, it is identical to IchiHime.

Sakura is shallow, vain and controlling, she is also somewhat of a bully, using violence to force Naruto to do things HER way. Naruto would forever not be good enough and forever getting on her nerves and forever crawling behind her.

My point is that Kishi never made very good love matches in Naruto. I have said it before but I think if he had had his way it would have been NaruSasu or nothing and I think this, coupled with his seemingly inability to create well thought out female characters led to mismatched. irrelevant and disappointing love matches.

Hinata may be the most likeable of Naruto's female characters but she sees Naruto with eyes coloured with hero worship, she is a fan girl and there is no way around that.

Hinata sees the flaws in Naruto and she accepts them. She may be a fangirl but she doesn't worship him or put him on a pedestal. She even goes as far as calling him a failure, but he's a proud failure.

I'm not saying she doesn't see his flaws but her affection is coloured with gratitude and hero worship, even if she sees him as a flawed hero. She is a fan girl, a character created to moon over the lead like Orihime, there personalities, there appearance, there voice, they are both stereotypes developed to pump up the hero, they are two a penny in manga and anime.

Though in truth Hinata is likely the stereotype of this type that has the most genuine affection, it is a shame, Kishi could have done 100 times better but as I said I don't think Kishi really wanted this and so settled. But it is better Hinata that Sakura. At least Hinata is sweet and likeable.

Why do people always ignore stuff? They did have a conversation before the Naruto vs Neji fight. Naruto was having doubts, but Hinata gave him the motivation he needed.

The fight between her and Neji also affected Naruto. Naruto got mad at Neji for trash talking Hinata because Naruto saw himself in Hinata. He could relate to her and that's why he got angry at Neji. Naruto understood Hinata even though she never told him about her circumstances and he told Neji exactly what Hinata was going through and that she only wanted to be acknowleged. That's ultimately the reason why Hinata also admires Naruto, because he's a failure but he never gives up. That's why she aimed to become just like Naruto and adopted his nindo and that admiration later turned into love.

Hinata also helped Naruto when he lost hope against Obito. She was the one that gave him motiavtion. She was always one of the people who gave Naruto mental support. I guess people don't pay attention to that because she doesn't have a lot of panel time. The point is, they have a lot in common and they both aimed to be acknowledged. They both follow the same nindo and both of them motivated each other.

Plus add that she has history with Naruto way back before he met Sakura. Then again if you compare between Sakura and Hinata, Hinata is still a win for Naruto as she had many problems with her clan and know exactly what does Naruto come through the whole time as she was supporting him by her heart where Sakura in this part ohh well was chasing after Sasuke and still is U_U.

Even tho I support NaruHina it would be so funny if Kishi would troll us and show NaruSasu instead  :snick:
I would really like a NaruSasu ending, it just works in the story and I honestly think it was at the back of Kishi's mind the whole time. But at least Naruto and Hinata are sweet together.

I just hope Sasuke ends up with no one, I pity him being saddled with one of manga/anime's most horrible characters.

Hey read what you guys said. You guys are saying Hinata and naruto have true love or admiration for each other. First there is no evidence naruto loves hinata. I do not know how to make that more clear. So then your arguement falls to admiration whcih naruto clearly has more of for sakura (sakura healing kankuro). Sakura clearly also admires naruto shown throughout the series. For example through her monologue we all support you and i can only do the littlest things. some of you talk about hinatas development. But i think if anything sakura has developed much more. hinata went from shy, weak to being able to voice her own opinion, and maybe borderline jounin. Sakura went from ignorant, weakest charcter on the show, to essentially the strongest female character save for kaguya, capable of healing hundreds of people at the same time, and understanding and caring for Naruto. Others are saying the timeskip is when naruto and hinata will develop. But this would be such bad writing on kishis part. you cant spend so much time focusing on two characters and there interactions only to fastforward two years and say "forget sakura. Naruto has gotten over sakura through unknown means, and suddenly loves hinata." Maybe in real life this stuff is plausable, but in literature and entertainment you need to see development of which none exists between hinata and naruto. Thats enough of the rant. Now i have some questions.

Do you guys think kishi will finish the manga with sakura never realizing it was naruto not sasuke on the bench?

Do the obvious parralels between minato and kushina and naruto and sakura from a personality standpoint as well as the scenes( by that i mean how sakura and kushina flex their muscles or have the angry silhouette behind them or when the male saves the female in the bridal stance) really mean nothing in the grandscheme of things?

In one of the latest chapters before sasuke stabs sakura in the genjustsu, sakura goes on a little late love rant to sasuke. Mangapanda translates this in the past tense, while *********** translates in present. which one is right?

In one chapter kakashi is reflecting on team 7 and how they've developed. He says that sakura no longer has the same feeling she used to for sasuke. Clearly since i am biased, i think it means she no longer loves him. Others say it went from a crush to true love. What do you think?

I ship NaruHina not because of Hinata's chest, but her love for Naruto throughout the series. She was the first to believe in him when no one else did, respected him and his nindo, and help Naruto overcome Neji's death.

Too me, they suit each other perfectly, and they both deserve each other's love.
