[Question] Why does my Thread won't Show off?

I recently made a Thread in the Questions Section and it won't show UP.. why?

Only staff members can see that thread you're speaking of. The reason is because you were detected by the spam-o-matic system to be a potential annoyance to the forum. That may be because you have banned alts or several rule-breaking posts.
