Madara=Cell from DBZ. He's wanting to show off his true power. He's only been able to use one eye, there's still more he can do. Then there's the need for a plot device on Kishi's end. Just a ticking clock counting down to the big ending.

Reasons behind Madara regaining his other Rinnegan:

- looks cooler with double Rinnegan
- shows full power of Rinnegan with unlimited potential. (Only chakra limit him and his imagination)
- pull of new more hax Rinnegan abilities
- countering Kamui
- proving Rinnegan's supperiority among all Doujutsu
- shows Madara at full power
- shows full power of Natural Rinnegan user with double eyes

Well I may forgot to list something... but anyway this should be enough.

For able to control ten tails properly.... That's what I think for now right now because one eye will be hard to control ten tails. If Madara doesn't need the other eye then he would have make medo gazo turn into Ten Tail....already.... so at that point.......the chapter give us the hint that he can't control it properly when Madara capture from one tails to nine tails. All he just did made medo gaze disappear from now and he can summon it again whenever he get his eye back.

Don't forget that it's also a good way to keep Naruto going on longer.
I don't see anyone beating him when he has his other rinnegan, and is a Juubi Jin.

But, yet again, i didn't think anyone could beat Hashirama, FTG, Juubito, Kabuto, Edo Madara, etc. etc. etc.

He doesn't need his another Rinnegan eye; it's simply a convenient narrative device used to delay Madara's plans and give the heroes time to power-up and take Madara down (before/after the Juubi comes into play again). It's been obvious for a while now that Madara is not likely to gain his other Rinnegan

I already know it from certain source.... same as Madara will become Juubi jin but I don't know more so no details
