Why does Madara even need his other rinnegan eye?

Since Madara has gotten his other rinnegan all he has done is own 7 free bijus, 2 perfect Jinchuriki's along with Gara as well as Tobirama and Sasuke. With Hashirama down he is already by far the strongest person out there. What would he need his other rinnegan eye for? Before you would think he would need both eyes for susano but he used it with no eyes much less having one. Obito could become the Jubi jinchuriki and activate the moon eye plan with one rinnegan so that doesn't seem to be a reason. My question is why could he possibly need the other eye and just how much more powerful would he be. I mean would he break out super perfect susano or something?

now you know kishi has been butt pulling alot of these new techs(linbo hengoku) for that renne eye so you know if madara gets both which he will new things will awaken and happen
