naruto wasn't defeated by himawari, if she was an opponent she wouldn't have been able to lay a finger on him (sage mode taijutsu, bijuu mode defence, incredible fighting instinct) but he is her father, his little girl awakened the byakugan and is attacking him, imagine how confused he is, he just get hit, that's not a defeat
