[Discussion] Why does Hagoromo call the nine tomoe eye sharingan while Madara calls it Rinnegan?

it look like a 9 tome sharnigan but it has the rings like the rinnegan so my guess is just like how the sage had two sons one got the body one got the sharingan I think that out of her sons one got the rinnegan from her with her strong body the other probally got her byakugan and the body they didn't get the full power of there mother just like how the sages son didn't get the full power of there father netheir has the rinnegan and probally just like the sages brother one has the body chakra and life force (uzumaki the other has the eye's the mental yin powers so to speak the (byakugan) so the 9 tome sharigan/rinnegan sasuke has just like the jubi and the sage mother has is probally just the ultimate level of both what it originally is and over time the desendants of kaguya (her sons) only got a part of that power and the same goes for there kids

Didn't Madara use Dojutsu without his eyes? He used susanoo and Rinnegan techs while blind.

The title :Sasuke's rinnegan + Madara calls Sasuke's eye the "one eyed rinnegan" , Sasuke's eye is a rinnegan (it's still Itachi's eye , Itachi's sharingan).

No, madara's rinnegan isnt a sharingan. He has been shown to switch between his rinnegan and his sharingans. therfore, his rinnegan does not have the same powers as his sharingan. I think that since sasuke has both the tomes and circles in one eye, he does not have to switch between the two in order to use his powers

You misread , Madara's rinnegans are Izuna's eyes , evolved sharingans , Izuna's eyes were sharingans that evolved into rinnegans later.

I think I am not being really clear with what I'm saying...
~I think sasuke's ShaRenigan can use his old EMS techniques as well as new techniques, like whatever he is using to move like he does.

And I'm saying that this is different compared to Madara's because we have seen him have to switch out his rinnegan for his sharingan when he wanted to use a sharingan technique.

Yeah, kinda. Every Rinnegan is also a Sharingan, but not every Sharingan is a Rinnegan. According to Kabuto the Rinnegan is the peak of the Sharingan. However, Hagoromo said his mother had also the power of the Sharingan. I didn't check the raw though, but maybe that makes the difference.

I think susanoo is more of a summoning than a genjutsu... One that gets unlocked as someone gains the required jutsus only obtainable through the sharingan. But after you get access to susanoo you can use it without having a sharingan... Im prob wrong, but thats how I rationalize it.

Madara's body had the gidou rods in it like Nagato and both his eyes were in the vicinity at the time so he likely resonated with them and received their chakras. I can't use all of his techniques now because his other eye is in Kamui, which is why he's trying to get it back.
