IMO it isn't Sasuke...those look like sleeves, not armgaurds.

Look at how they hang and wrinkle up..to me that is indicative of a soft fabric. Not protective material right thur.

OH and the most obvious sign that it isn't Sasuke... He doesn't wear a ****ing flak jacket!!!!
