Seriously.
The notion that Sakura can even stand up to Tsunade is baffling. The one advantage that Sakura holds over Tsunade is that she doesn't have to use her chakra to keep up a false appearance like Tsunade does, but that's about it. On the other hand, Tsunade possesses not only Hashirama's DNA (which is known to make just about everything more powerful; it can even make the restraining properties of Edo Tensei more powerful, so what doesn't it make more powerful?), but the cells of Mito Uzumaki, who was noted to have a very powerful life force, as well as the Uzumaki having extreme regenerative capabilities (as stated by Kabuto to Sasuke and Itachi when he was boasting about taking Karin's cells). Let's not even get started on the huge chakra difference between the two, Tsunade's base strength even when not enhanced by chakra enough to frighten Jiraiya (and Sakura is a 3.5 in base strength, compared to Jiraiya being a 4.5), and pure experience (Tsunade is by far the best at medical ninjutsu, excluding Hashirama who, per Tsunade's admittance, has medical ninjutsu that makes Tsunade's look like nothing).
In my opinion, Sakura won't surpass Tsunade, or if she does, it will be only due to plot. Current Sakura probably wouldn't even defeat Part 1 Tsunade that had hemophobia. I mean, it's just not happening.
