Whether or not Sasuke had tsukuyomi before EMS is debatable, but the eyes Sasuke has right now are Itachi's to think that the process of transplanting sharingan to obtain EMS is any less beneficial than a normal sharingan transfer such as with Kakashi or Danzo is STUPID. Any MS ability that Itachi had is undeniably in Sasuke's possession. If anything if you use Sasuke's Enton and Susano'o as examples the possiblity of all Sasuke's MS tech. (including tsukuyomi)having had gone through an increase from obtaining EMS is actually highly probable.:whip::whip::whip::whip::whip::whip::sasuke:

Because he hasn't shown it
Because his 2 techs were stated to be Amaterasu & Enton
Because it was never stated whether or not you get the techniques from the other Mangekyou you transplant

Pretty sure that officialy Danzo said Sasuke's genjutsu isn't on the level of Itachi's tsukuyomi in canon translations, Sasuke's genjutsu not his tsukuyomi.

But now that Sasuke has Itachi's eyes it's obvious he has Itachi's tsukuyomi. The only question is whether Itachi's spirit weapons come with the eyes, or if Itachi obtained them separately.

susanoo can only be unlocked when the person has unlocked both amatrasu and tsukiomii so he does have it

That's why Madara it's spamming Amateratsu and Tsukuyomi so often.Sasuke stated itself that you need only a double mangekyo.

If all you needed was a double mangekyo then it wouldn't be so rare like Obito stated it was. Susanoo is rare because you need two specific techniques to awaken it.

All that proves is that Sasuke could accomplish with normal genjutsu what Itachi did with tsukuyomi
Are you saying that Sasuke is more skilled in Genjutsu than Itachi?

Everything we've seen in the manga says otherwise...

Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan Sasuke has Tsukuyomi, not Mangekyou Sharingan Sasuke, whose technics are Amaterasu and Kagutsuchi. [ ]

I think I can agree with this, but do we know for sure that an EMS user gains the techniques of the other person's eye?

Logically it makes sense, but I'm not sure if we can say that for sure.
