i did read the manga dude we havent seen sasuke yet we only seen kabuto and madara and naruto was training to control but instead he took 9t chakra so have a better chance to save sasuke and i know sasuke wants to fight naruto bc naruto and sasuke are in the same level now

I don't like Sasuke for many of the reasons already mentioned previously by other posters.

-I don't blame him for his power-ups, free is free... whatever

-I don't blame him for revenge and the anger he had towards Itachi's false persona

-He isn't a bad character his techniques are interesting.

-I don't like that he acts like a **** in the manga multiple times.

-Most recently he tried to kill Sakura and thats just messed up, It means he has lost any respect for life, which is something he used to have before killing Itachi then it seemed like everything changed.

-His comments about Kakashi's eye just was over the top.

-His character used to be cool, But now with all of this hate it makes him appear to act stupid or make his decisions based on his bent view of reality.

-The thing is for me he is a irrational character right now which is not what I thought would happen. I figured he would end up like Kakashi who suffered childhood mental trama but was able to recover and become a better person from it all.

-I don't dislike the character I think it is being setup that he will go back to what he was when he is not just bent on revenge.

-Also I think his character has been portrayed poorly and he is misunderstood. But I think he can recover from douche bag status when Naruto hits him with another talk-no-jutsu... or a few...

-I try not to have favorites and enjoy the story.. But it is a complex situation. I think he will recover though..

-Just to throw in next to Kakashi and Itachi he was my favorite character. But I would like to see him "saved" by Naruto and become more like Kakashi... That would redeem him in my eyes.

There are a couple of things in your post that I don't think are valid.

-I'm glad you don't blame Sasuke for power-ups when Naruto has gotten his fair share too

-I'm glad you don't blame him for being angry since he has good reason

-I'm glad you see that his character isn't bad

-When has he acted like a ****? I recall him laughing angrily and allowing himself to be manipulated by madara, but he has always had control of his intentions

-He did not try to kill Sakura. Remember that Sakura was the one who attempted to murder him and when he caught her about to stab him, he attempted to destroy her, but he was using self-defense

-Of course he's angry about Kakashi's eye. After facing Danzo he probably thought Kakashi was just another stealer of the Uchiha eyes who took advantage of the fact that Konoha destroyed his clan

-Sasuke's never acted 'stupid'. While facing Danzo he was extremely smart in his use of jutsu, and as I've said before, he's allowing himself to be manipulated by Madara (like Orochimaru) in order to gain strength

-Kakashi had bonds and friends in order to help him through his troubles, but Sasuke never created the bonds Kakashi could create. So of course it's harder for him to overcome hatred when Naruto's the only one still trying to save him

-Again, I'm glad you understand the character line of Sasuke

-How is his character poorly portrayed? He is obviously supposed to be hated by Konoha because they can't possibly understand what he's going through. And I doubt Sasuke can still be reached through words now, that would be too simple. No, he will have to be brought back through his fists

-His story is way too complex for someone to understand him simply. However, I also hope he will be brought back

-I don't think Sasuke needs to be 'redeemed'. I would also like to see him brought back, but Sasuke is obviously in the dark because of the horrible things that have happened to him and he has every right to act the way he does. I don't think that he needs to be redeemed as a character.

Dude you're just a hater... Just as blind as Sasuke if not worst... Sasuke did not beat Orochimaru, besides he never took credit from it (He says "Orochimaru was weak and sick when I beat him, that's all I have to say").

He did beat Deidara, FORCED him to kill himself (As a matter of fact I thought it was a nice match!)

Itachi died from his brother's hands not illness... just the way he wanted it. In deed Sasuke should take NO CREDIT from that "victory" as it really is his brother's victory. (Playing so nice with Sasuke to the point where he can be sick to death, and still beat his bro' so that Sasuke believes he won... Did I mention he also completed the extra bonus of killing (well really sealing) Orochimaru in the process?!)

The capturing of killerbee in deed was a complete uber failure... Sasugay being born (from the point when he gets his MS) he starts relying way too much on his occular abilities and starts to be lazy and cocky. Still though at this point he did not do too bad considering who he was fighting!

Against the Raikage I don't know where you see he was getting his ass kicked... being saved by Gaara... We must not have been following the same manga. The raikage was about to die when Gaara saved his ass... not the other way around.

When you say he fought against 2 other Kage and got saved by Madara from the killing blow, I fail to notice how it is supposed to be bad for him?! He did fought ALL kage's at the same time exept for Danzoo that ran away! He is 16! and still survived... not too bad.

Now wake up, get real and give us some REAL arguments on why you hate Sasuke! Right now you hate him, but your "arguments" against him would be actually more effective for why we should love him.

HELL NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I am NOT Sasuke's fan. But what that Sasuke's hater said was just too tempting not to refute xD he obviously have the manga all wrong...

I hate Sasuke because of a couple reasons. Which appeared "recently". I kinda liked him until the point when he aquire his mangekyo Sharingan.
Before he was a hard working ninja student on a real comprehensive mission with a will to complete that mission. He studied hard, trained well, fought well and was even willing to sacrifice himself for what he believed was right (When saving Naruto from the ninja kid who could make mirrors and Kakashi was fighting that sword guy on their first mission). (Did I mentionned I prefered Sasuke back then?)

Then he goes to Oro-dude... No big deal he does what he feels is the best thing to complete his task... kinda dark but Konoha won't train him dark enought to complete the task... 'till then why da hell not?! I still support this little guy!

Then he trains hard for 3 years acquires a very nice set of skills! kills his brother, realize that he really wasn't bad... and then turn evil.

Fails to fight fair against Killer Bee so after this fight, he just goes full in Susano'o on everybody to survive, not being able to dogde anything from himself....

He becomes blind (Almost, if we compare his vision just before he leaves Naruto Kakashi and Sakura, to Itachi's vision before fighting Sasuke... we may assume he had BARELY one use left of both his eyes...) from overusing his MS in a matter of weeks...

He does not train anymore never the less gets stronger without it... he just need to upgrade his eyes to his brothers... while Naruto works his ASS off to get stronger... (Master's Wind style shuriken Rasengan, Sage mode, Kyubi mode out of hard training, not sitting back asking Madara for chirurgical operations to make him strong)

IMO, I hate him because he was given all of his powers by other people. Besides Chidori, he never worked for anything on his own. Where I think we can all agree Naruto's life revolves around training

Well people like to blame Sasuke for a lot of things... People say:

1. He is overpowered even though we haven't seen any of his abilities and Naruto is off mastering Kyuubi mode

2. Sasuke is crazy even though anyone would be if your brother sacrificed his life into endless misery for the sake of his little brother and the village

3. Sasuke is easily manipulated by Madara, which is true, but Sasuke allows people to manipulate him (like Orochimaru) just to gain power for his objectives

4. Sasuke is plotting to destroy the hidden leaf and yes, this is true but with everyone in the hidden leaf, they won't go down so easy

People like to see the bad side of Sasuke and completely ignore the reasons for why he does them. Sasuke wants revenge, and that's an everlasting hatred that runs through the Uchiha blood. Now Sasuke has taken on the hatred of his entire clan, and he simply can't handle that by himself. Naruto can't take on the peace of the world by himself either, which is why he has so many people around him. Sasuke is losing control and is gaining power through his hatred, but he is by no means overpowered because right now, Naruto is more powerful than Sasuke. Sasuke can be seen as evil, sure, but the truth is, when there is a reason behind evil, it actually isn't evil. Sasuke has a reason for his revenge, which means that he just needs Naruto to bring him back to the light.

I like evil, In fact, Itachi USED to be my favorite character until they turned him gay after his death.
Now i have to say that Madara is my favorite, so why do I hate Sasuke when I seem to support evil?
Basically...its because he is evil for the wrong reasons.
Just look at kakashi, his father commited suicide ( wich is the most dishonorable and ridicules death someone could experience ) and his best friedn died before his eyes as well.
About as much trauma Sasuke experienced.
And look at the difference, kakashi tok it like a man, while all Sasuke did was cry and get powers handed to him.
I just seem to hate over-emotional characters i guess.

Sasuke mastered Sharingan,Chidori,the Cursed Mark,Kirin and everything else in two and a half years training,he got Magenkyou Sharingan from fighting Itachi,he was give Amateratsu,Tsukoyomi and Susanoo,Sasuke has Eternal Magenkyou Sharingan.Naruto on the other hand learned very few things the last two and a half years he spent training,Oodama Rasengan,Sexy Jutsu and some other things,he learned Sage Mode in a short time,Naruto has full control of kyuubi,he has the so called will of fire and Sasuke has the so called Uchiha Hatred,as far as I know they are equal with Naruto getting powers easily,not to mention he has a gift from Itachi.

dude, sasuke got amaterasu and susanoo handed to him on a silver platter. although i kinda agree with naruto learning few jutsus. lol was all he learnt after the 2.5 yerars skip just a crappy version of rasengan and sexy no jutsu. i can remember reading one of kishi's interviews where he stated that naruto learnt all of jiraiya's jutsus and 2 of the 4th's 4 jutsus after the time skip
