He's one of 4 Uchiha's seen with an MS. 1 of 2 with an EMS. Many other Uchiha got the MS. Somewhere in the manga had that stated.
Now Sasuke is an idiot. Danzo was right even though he's also an idiot. Sasuke's wasting Itachi's sacrifice. Sasuke is a bloody loser. He needs to wack off or something. I think the majority vote is 'I HATE SASUKE'

Kishi really knows how to develop characters. He developed Sasuke so well that it really makes me hate Sasuke's character. I think his intention was to show how evil one can become through the way of the ninja.

well let me list of y i do like him: fighting style, he is one of the few uchihas to get MS, he goes past dat and becomes 1 of 2 people to get EMS, he learned da chidori and made his own and used it like we never seen before (i.e. kakashi who made it only used chidori and chidori dog), he set a goal and stayed focused on it and was not swayed by naruto and his bubble gum world propaganda like many other bad guys, also i like bad guys, he is also one of the most powerful ninja in the ninja world no matter how he got there. witch brings me to another point most of the jutsus are taught or learned from someone else( i.e. chidori, resengan, and sage mode, etc.etc.) also all that was "given" to sasuke was den made his own like da chidori, black flames, and bone guy. so as far as "given" him powers he is never satisfied with it and he makes a good thing better...

dats 8 things just of the top of my head, not a short list for some one who gives credit where credit is do!

Whats to hate of him:
- he cries all the time.
- he is over emotional
- he can't get over stuff
- when he finally reaches his goal he cries about it
- needs his life saved constantly by Karin
- does'nt train but just gets powerups out of nowhere
- would have been a ''decent'' character if it was a girl
- disgraces all other men
- attempted suicide

First, I don't like wal-mart#2 sasugay
But I always liked the bad guys. Especially the akatsuki guys.

I think it has been said before. But for me sasugay is exactly like
the anakin skywalker from the new movies (also gay hayden christensen).
Before he gets the vader suit. I hated that guy. And madara is like darth sidious. Someone
said: "sasugay is letting madara use him to get power"?? Yeah right! That's what anakin thought too. But madara is just using him, like sidious did with vader. I mean how can you be so damn blind and stupid? That's what you get
if you just see revenge and hate and darkness. The chapter with the danzou fight shows how low he is. Killing a team member(it was even a woman) just like that, what the f***. He would have been dead without her.

But of course, for naruto sasugay is truly important. So if you hate or like him, he will be around for some time. Then again I can't wait for naruto to shut sasugay's mouth and defeat him.

The only jutsu sasugay achieved for himself is chidori. And then he made some additions to it. All the other of his powers were more or less given to him. Now just one example: some people say "Naruto kyuubi kyuubi kyuubi" bla bla bla. He would have mastered senjutsu without the kyuubi. Like ero-sennin did. You need a lot of chakra and the guts to never give up. Naruto has a big amount of chakra even without the kyuubi and of course the guts. It has been statded that besides ero-sennin there is no one who could master senjutsu. And I think we all can agree that senjutsu(wiht all the advantages) is on a whole other level than "just" sasugay chidori jutsus. So don't say naruto has everything because of the kyuubi!

And now just a side note for the people who think sasuke is gay. I stayed in japan for a month. And japan is the land where naruto was created. I can tell you, a lot of the young guys you see on the street are for sure sasugay fans. They all love naruto(the story) there. And what do you think these guys look like: surprise surprise: like sasugay. It's not a joke! Someone mentioned the hair style. That's it. A lot of them look exactly the same as sasugay. What a gay minor charakter!

Im not a fan of the guy myself but he has his moments with me. You have to admit that there are ome bad ass things about him, he was designed to be "cool" and Kishi did not fail in that area. He has a cool get-up, nice character design and he gets drawn in the most badass of poses when fighting. Even if no one else likes Sasuke, Kishi does.....and that makes him (Sasuke) hard to hate.

That's where I disagree with you big time.
Our impression of Sasuke is personal, private, and everyone will have a different view on Sasuke. What can't be changed is Sasuke's character (Kishi is the one that determines that) but what is different is whether we like that character or not. Kishi made Sasuke's character look bad ass and without any emotions. HOWEVER, that does NOT mean that we all have to love him. In fact, I HATE sasuke because of that. I do not like characters that cannot feel emotion, that means you aren't human. I do not like characters that are bad ass because I have had a bad history with people who are considered "bad ass".

To each their own. Your impression of Kishi's character is centered alot around your own life.

Some people LOVE Sasuke - thats fine. They will have their reasons for that and I can't change that. BUT do not make threads asking "Why do so many hate Sasuke?" when in the end it is based on personal life, or just opinion.

There will be people who hate and love each character based on different reasons. THis is what Kishi wants. This is what diveristy is. THis is why you have people who like bad ass char. and people who like goody-goody char. - live with it.

That is a simple concept and the reason is due to not understanding the character. If they were to read/watch manga/anime e.g. Kuroshitsuji/Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion/Rurōni Kenshin Meiji Kenkaku Rōmantan they should be able to then acknowledge his character as these anime/manga have characters that practically mirror Sasuke’s actions, justifications, etc.​

The character has not stated for the record that he is homosexual instead acts very straight acting in my honest opinion. Naruto is the one who could be considered questionable even so I do not label him as homo, etc. as the mangaka has yet to confirm there orientation as such. Besides, the Japanese have a much different culture than the westerners and if you are an outsider looking in you should attempt to understand each and every character in a manga/anime rather than to ridicule simply because you feel animosity towards that character. Now don’t get me wrong as I am not saying don’t hate on the contrary dislike to your heart's content however attempt to act like a civilized adult. Also many members here have expressed Sasuke manga-related situations incorrectly and to those may I advise you to read over those chapters yet again.

Use some logic please.
Up until now, Sasuke has a personality. CORRECT? Yes. Therefore ther eis room to either love or hate Sasuke. CORRECT? YES. Therefore, do not try to FORCE your reason for liking Sasuke on others because we have our reasons for HATING the character.

If you read any book or watch any movie... there are always going to be people you like vs. people you DONT like. Producers DREAM to get people that into something to the point where the person actually develops a liking or a hatred toward a certain character - that means they did a great job. Kishi is pro at this. IF Kishis didn't develop Sasuke so well... a lot of ppl wouldn't hate him (Sasuke) or like him (Sasuke)... they just would be like "meh" its just another person. BUT NO. You have people liking him (Sasuke) and you have people hating him (Sasuke). If you don't understand that point... no need to argue with me.

The guy sitting next to me may think a certain character is HOT, I may think not.

Same thing here...apply that LOGIC here. You may LIKE SASUKE for WHATEVER REASON. HOWEVER, I also may NOT LIKE him for WHATEVER REASON.

I will be nice and share with you why I do not like Sasuke (even though I do not need to do that).

- SO FAR - he is emotionless...
- His desire for revenge is causing me to hate him. I believe "an eye for a eye makes the whole world blind" - Ghandi... Sasuke's need for revenge does not make me like him - it makes me think he is a cruel character. And before you go there, I also believe that those who did harm to the Uchiha clan is cruel as well.


and By the way - this is MY OPINION - don't take it from me - you can't. YOu can SHARE it or you can DISAGREE with it.

Ultimately, my point is, do not try to change someone's opinion on something. I hate Sasuke...you love Sasuke.
