Pretty much my point. It's their birthright to "gain" the light if they lose it. Why? They have the genetic predisposition to attain it. EMS wouldn't be a birthright if their genetics didn't allow it. When they do. Uchihas were known to abuse Izanagi and Izanami and keep stashes of spares to use light again. They used Sharigan of fallen comrades to learn its secrets.
People would say that Madara worked and gained for his powers, it's not like Sasuke wanted the powers just to have fun.
It was never meant to be a family tradition. Kushina nor Minato intended Naruto to be a Jinchuuriki and that's even clearer when Kushina was from some random village and chosen based on her vitality, not because she was within a specific family.
All Kyuubis jins are Uzumaki. And Narutos destiny was to be a psuedo jin. It was literally his birthright. He wasnt a day in this world without the kyuubi. its adormant power much like the sharingan waiting to be awakened. if you cant see that then you are just biased.
It was Naruto's birthright because he was an Ashura Transmigrant and the Child of Prophecy, so he certainly is an exception to that rule.
I am not biased. Its his birthright for the simple reason that his parents left him the kyuubi sealed within his body with the key. In your mind birthrights are restricted to genes and lineage. I am giving you several different reasons why Naruto having the kyuubi is as much a birthright as Sasukes Sharingan.

Meh, the only person here putting up any logical argument was PDG but I myself like going off dictionary definitions and the manga scans that were posted in the other thread back up the dictionary definitions leaning toward Kurama being a birthright. If Sasuke was in Naruto's position, I'd be saying the same thing and I'm pretty sure they'd (SB) would be agreeing with me
A birth right is something left to you by your parents. Or something you recieve out of being in line of liniege. Either way its something left behind to a child.
Naruto's birthright being Kurama doesn't equate to it being the birthright of an Uzumaki as like I've already stated, he's Ashura's Transmigrant and Child of Prophecy who had destiny favor him over everyone else in the NV aside from Sasuke. Under normal conditions, the Uzumaki wouldn't have been required to have been Kurama's host.
