Kurama was technically a birthright, the same way the sharigan is Sasuke's birthright

Being a Jinchuuriki and Ems are not birthright, since they require other eye or body.

Sharingan is unlocked due to the user special chakra which is no different than Shikamaru high IQ. The Sharingan is unlock due to their genetic not by transplanting or sealing.

Just because you train to master a handout doesn't make it any less of one and Sharingan is something Sasuke was born with the potential to awaken. It was genetic unlike the kyuubi for Naruto
