It is pure destructive power, nothing else, with the same technique as every techniques base. You may like it, but I don't. I love strategy and a bit of clever thinking to go along with things.
The rest of what you said is purely opinion based.
So a sealing jutsu which is used to strategically seal opponents is only pure destructive power? Also, you say you like strategy, but you are not thinking about the fact that different situations may necessitate different effects. Example: If Naruto has an ice based opponent then lava rasenshuriken would be very effective, whereas if he is fighting an edo tensei who can only be stopped by certain means, the magnet release sealing rasengan or the truth seeking balls which can kill edo zombies would be effective.
It is not just destructive power. Yes destruction comes as a side benefit, but these variations also come with
effects that are useful for different situations.
Analyzing jutsus and properly determining what effects to induce is a form of strategizing.
I don't know why people don't get this.
Also, Naruto strategizes quite often. Just recently he came up with the strategy to make it look like he got trapped in order to draw Kaguya closer to him and then use Kokuo's power to burst out and surprise Kaguya. He also came up with the plan to use many clones to overwhelm Kaguya and force her to open her portal so that he could get in.
In the battle against Obito, Naruto was the one who came up with the strategy to save everyone from those 4 tailed beast bombs and he was the one who came up with the plan to use his bijuu chakara to extract the tailed beasts out of Obito.
Naruto uses strategy very often. You people who often spout that "I like strategy" crap clearly don't like it as much as you claim you do, because you can't even seem to recognize it when it happens. There is more than one way to strategize!
