Why do people think that Sasuke had more power up than Naruto??

He's probably just not talented enough to use it. Sasuke was never good in Genjutsu like Itachi until he received the Rinnega. It was stated that his Genjutsu is below Itachi's by a statement from Danzo. Though we can't deny manga facts

Itachi is ultimately the reason he unlocked Susano'o too. Sasuke stated Susano'o is the power when one unlocks all 2 (or 3) mangekyo abilities. Which Itachi planted the way when he gave Sasuke Amaterasu.

Then tell me this. If Itachi transplanted all his ms techniques into Sasuke, why was Itachi surprised to see him use Susanoo?

Well they both have some powers handed off to them,no dout! Though about power ups,i think they are remotedly equal( with naruto having a bit of the edge), what i think makes it look like naruto earned his power ups while sasuke only had to cry(as some like to call it as such) is that sasuke is a so called genius,so he can learn a lot faster than naruto,he learns with his mind! Whereas naruto is not quite as fast at learning, and he is one who learns with his body! But no dout they both are hardworking persistent and determined shinobis who won't let go until they master their abilities!

You forgot to add that sasuke received the rikudo's chakra. The rinnegan was a gift from kabuto when he gave him hashiramas gene to get rinnegan. so essentially the rinegan is a power up and gift.:yeah:

what are you talking about? MS is unlocked by emotional trauma through witnessing the death or killing the one closest to you, there is no training involved. he didnt receive anything, he unlocked it same way other users unlocked their own. and he does his training in battle when he learns how to use his abilities as seen against danzo .you stated nonsense, not manga facts

NO! Naruto learned the rasengan within a week. So saying naruto is slow after this point is pointless!

Naruto didn't learn the full rasengan in a week he couldn't through it and thats because he didn't take any breaks he trained all day every day thats like 18 hours of training each day no breaks inbetween except of maybe food. Boom

I think Naruto had more power ups. Sasuke is just badass with his Sharingan that's probably why everyone thinks he has more power ups. They're probably confusing the evolution of his Susanoo's forms.

I think their power ups are equal. Difference is Sasuke is a genius and Naruto need to work hard

the reason why sasuke could do that was because he received half of the sage of the six paths' power. nagato used rennigan with just his uzumaki clan chakara and nothing else. madara got an upgrade when he got the sells of hashirama inserted into his body which made him use rennigan more effectively.

Sasuke is like a Batman. I respect him, he is quite resourceful. He is using what he has efficiently.

Naruto on the other hand is talentless. So Kishi gives him more powerups so his raw power could equal Sasuke's efficiency.
