Should logically should something happen to Naruto, it is Sakura who would step up.
She can protect the village, She smarter than Naruto , Naruto is probably better at politics though.
Sasuke isn't being hokage, people are probably scared of him lol. But he would help Sakura though.

first, if you think sakura would agreed to it then your dumber that i think, second shikamaru would be hokage because his smarter and more capable than sakura.

Rock Lee
To name but a few. But Sakura may have the upperhand against Tenten, I'll give you that if that makes you happy.

I think Sasuke is the best candidate, he has both the power and the state of mind judging from his speech in the last chapters.

However I don't think he is interested in that position anymore, and Sakura is the next best candidate, her strength by now probably surpassed Tsunade who was hokage herself, she is the third strongest, and she is very intelligent.

Shikamaru wouldn't mind stepping up at all if the situation called for it, but with the way things are now, he just doesn't want the job. Being an adviser suits him better. (Regardless of what Asuma and Temari said about how he'd make a good Hokage, lol.)

Nobody in the series that we know now will take over for Naruto unless he dies in combat which is extremely unlikely unless an OP villain appears in the Bolt movie or something. Naruto, being an Uzamaki, and now with Rikkudo chakra, has a life force far beyond anyone in the village. He'll age more gracefully. If he steps down due to age, then no one else will be in any better shape. Sakura would be decrepit by the time Naruto starts to feel his own age.(and sadly Hinata as well. Pretty darn sad if you think about it) So yeah, either Bolt will follow him, or someone else introduced in the New Era Project.
