Why do people think Lightning Blade is useless on Kakashi w/o Sharingan?

Kakashi first attempt failed. Without the sharingan
Then Minato told Kakashi not to use the jutsu.
But with the sharingan, he can adjust his speed and direction, in order to succeed.

Just as similar to Naruto using his creation jutsu "Wind Rasengan" against Kakuzu.
Naruto arm was somewhat damaged, then Tsunade told Kakashi & Yamato to prevent Naruto using that jutsu.
But after Naruto gained the senjutsu power, he could throw his "Wind Rasengan" at Pain, without giving damaging himself.

Sharingan isn't Byakugan.
If that's the case, I'm sure you see Tunnel Vision even with Sharingan.

The main feature of the Sharingan is pre-cog, pre-cog counters the manga stated tunnel vision effect of Chidori/Raikiri, the same effect that nearly got Kakashi killed the first time he used it.

He can probably still use it's variations though.

Naruto doesn't have Sharingan and all of his Rasengan hit.
So... why say Lightning Blade is useless without Sharingan?

Raisengan is not focus attack, that mean you can hit the opponent from everywhere and on every part of their body and if it like FRS or Big ball Raisengan you just throwing at opponent and they will sure hit them and cause AOE attack

But for Raikiri it is focus base attack and Kalashi has applied it to strike just on the heart only.
And with sharingan that had the ability to focus and zooming in micro scale, Raikiri will be more precise.

Im not saying needimg Sharingan to use Raikiri is right or not, but Kakashi migt have improved upon that flaw himself and to be honest, I can see him doing it.

An example is being a slow runner, it doesnt have to always be that way. With enough hard work and dedication, you can eventually start to improve.

Minato explained to kakashi that the speed required to use the jutsu efficiently hindered his vision and awareness and left him open for counterattack hence with sharing an he can foresee his opponents movement and protect himself. Sharingan being one of the main doujutsu. Gai said when kakashi perfected the jutsu he was able to cut through lightning. As to why the chidori became the lighting blade raikiri.

because they cant recognize false dichotomy while trying to be objective/adhere to canon.

its a misconception, there is no inherent flaw in raikiri w/o sharingan

I'm a Kakashi fan bro. He needs the Sharingan to effectively use the Raikiri because it gives him tunnel vision. Minato told him not to use it since this allows the enemy to counterattack, and effectively, kill him. The Sharingan allows him to predict where the enemy will move next. It still does give him tunnel vision, but the drawbacks are somewhat negated.
