Why do people think Itachi solos the world?

Itachi would get tired after using tsukuyomi and susanoo a couple times, then he'd get wrecked. He's not good at fighting multiple opponents because of his disgraceful chakra levels. Alive Itachi would've got fodderized by DSM Kabuto, and that was a 2v1 fight, so imagine alive Itachi vs the kages, or alive itachi vs Naruto and Bee. Itachi wouldn't be so overrated if Kishi just put Itachi in a good fight.
