Well, they make her look cute. Most people aren't bothered by her eyes being white. Here's a question, why do you hate the Byuakugan but don't mention the sharingan? Both are unnaturally colored. Her voice is not annoying in Jap dub. I don't mind it in ENG dub, but it's not exactly great either.

Difference is that the Sharingan can be deactivated, as oppose to Byakugan staying there even if not in use. Just saying.

Well, people like me don't mind different colors for the eyes. I find it unique and interesting BTW. If you look closely, it's not a hunk of white all the time. When not activated, it's got different tones, and is actually like our eyes in the sense that there's the white, and a color in between. The only difference is that her eyes center color is a lighter one, and she doesn't have a black sphere in the middle like our eyes. I honestly think dojutsus make characters look better.
