To answer your question because she is. personality wise and much more her chest is not one of my reasons i like her compared to other savages. simple as that her and kushina are the most attractive in the whole series in my opinion and why should I care if one person dislikes her or not it all comes down to your own tastes

I personally never liked Sakura for a while. It does not mean it was out of hate. I actually wanted to like her character. She just never lived up to my expectations. I also used to dislike Hinata at one point thinking she is nothing special of a character. Till I eventually learned about her and saw what was there. I believe many people, not just Hinata fans are fed up of Sakura. Since I think its fair to expect more from your heroin than a side character who got neglected most of the series.

Hinata sadly never even got one fight in part 2. Like one fight that would be there to prove herself. What I also like about Hinata is that she is more original. She does not copy off anybody.
