Citizen can counter the explosive tags by turning the ground to mud. If he use FTG on Emma and takes Horizon staff away he Enma can turn into a prison cell which is impossible to break

If you have ftg, you can't be bound by anything.
Hiruzen can't possibly stay in the mud before the infinite explosion is over since he has to breath air.

If the power of your punches, kicks, and speed are restricted to 20%, that surely affects how you perform in a taijutsu fight. We also know that Hiruzen was trained by the senju brothers and tobirama taught HIruzen battle tactics and formation, so its fair to assume that they are on the same level in terms of taijutsu.

Personal feelings aside, think logically if the senju brothers were revived way below their maximum level, it only make sense that their physical strength, speed, agility, endurance, etc has been reduced as well which affected their performance against Hiruzen in part 1.

I highly highly highly highly doubt that their physical strength was nerfed, and we DO NOT know how much weaker they were.

Anyways Old Hiruzen took on two edo kage leveld ninja and beat thema outstanding feat at his old age.
