ya nice question. if anything Aokiji wld have been the one laid back if anyone was laid back coz Akainu really wanted that position. If u fight someone for 10days in my book u r that much stronger than them and the 2 of u r in basically the same tier.

No, what I'm saying is Akainu was probably reserved when it came to fighting another Admiral since the loss of Aokiji would have been a big loss for the marines, think about it from what we know Akainu came back with no injuries while Aokiji was burned and lost one of his legs.

Akainu probably didn't want to lose Aokiji's presence in the Marines...

I honestly don't understand how some people can say Akainu can't tussle with the top tiers in the new world he's Fleet Admiral, now I don't know whether it's just people being butt hurt that Akainu killed Ace and partially killed Whitebeard but face facts Luffy and Akainu are going to face off eventually and it's most likely going to be near the end of the series when Luffy is either at Yonko level or above.

Maybe but we have no idea what occurred during that fight other than Akainu winning and I also don't think Oda would give Akainu like that a handicap especially when he will have to be at full strength when he fights Luffy eventually.

Shanks lost an arm and he himself said it didnt make him any weaker. Losing limbs might not be as big of a deal in OP verse than it is in the real world lol.

They would need to be bloody strong to have many followers and be considered an emperor of the new world. Because we all know bad boys like following badass people. [ gangs , bikies, etc. ] . Its the same with Yonko. Just look at whitebeard, if he were in his prime he would've analled akainu in the ass and shitted him out when he went to toilet to poo later. Lol

How in the world can you know whether Akainu came back with injuries or not? We have only seen his face.

I'm not saying Akainu can't fight the Yonko. I think he will be Luffy's final opponent, so I obviously believe he'll become stronger than all of them.
