Why do people say Sasuke gets handouts?

Being an Uchiha and having the Sharingan, of course he's going to get his own power through different means like his emotions being set ablaze. But he still has to awaken the powers and learn how to use them properly, I'd say most of the fighting he's done so far is to get accustomed to his powers. The only real "handout" that he had was from Hagoromo.

I don't count Itachi's as a handout because everything he's doing with Itachi's eyes, he had already begun to master with his old eyes, like amaterasu and Susano'o. With this he just doesn't feel pain or go blind anymore. I see it much more of as a pain reliever than anything else. It's also funny because the ones who accuse him of this turn a blind eye to Naruto.

He has had the worst handouts as of late. He use to train like hell to get them but now he just relies on tailed beasts chakra. This entire war he has used tailed beast chakra the entire time bar like, the 3rd Raikage fight. It's not even deniable because everytime he does it; he's like "lend me your chakra" or "thanks Kurama".

Even if you were to compare Itachi's eyes (which I had just proved why that's stupid as fu*k), that's almost nothing in comparison to 9 tailed beasts chakra. That's Llke comparing a Bugatti parking floor to an 05' camry.

Where would sasuke be without itachi's eye?? He probably be using walking sticks, and you say that isn't a let out, and I dear sasuke to try to control kurama's chakra if he was the jinchuuriki, not to mention the steroids oro has been given him, naruto had to fight the kyuubi to obtain his chakra, that isn't let out to me

Some people are born to be great(sasuke/sharingan), while others have greatness entrusted with them(Naruto/kurama), but still sàke still had to collect itachi's eye, why naruto collected nothing more, except for current hagoromo power ups which they both collected

However, at least Sasuke didn't have to relay on the good will of an entire separate entity to give him power/chakra. (the nine tails obviously)

In Naruto's case the nine tails could at any time decide he doesn't want to give him anymore Chakra. Sasuke's power belongs to him 100%.

I guess severe emotional trauma is a handout (mangekyo). And naruto did work for kyubii chakra mode, but in bijuu mode kurama just gives him the chakra.

Uchihas shared eyes and that's how they learned the 'secrets of sharingan'. Many sacrifices were made to learn the secrets of Mangekyo sharingan. Izanami was invented by sacrificing eyes again to counter Izanagi abuse by Uchiha clan members. So the whole transplanting procedure is a common ritual amongst Uchiha Clan.

I love it though that how people give Madara the leeway, but hammer down Sasuke for taking Itachi's eyes, when it's a common clan practice. Goes to show the free exhibition of selective logic here.

Sasuke didn't master anything with his old eyes.
He used his eyes excessively to form the weakest version of susanoo and to sprout black flames and went blind pretty much a week or two of having his MS.

Danzo even points out that his genjustu was far superior to itachi's.


Now on the other hand naruto has trained for everything he has gained except for the hagoromo thing
Not anyone can just become a jinchuriki or handle that amount of chakra or even give it out like naruto did.
