Sasuke was given given Itachi eyes to regain his sight and evolve his MS to EMS which the uchiha blood does.
Naruto was given the strongest Bijuu that enhanced Naruto powers chakra, stamina, etc without training or anything, then Naruto was given all the 9 Bijuu. The Bijuu gave even regenartion. Those powers are no in blood or being Uzumaki or training.
Sasuke having itachi eyes is way less then having 9 Bijuu in one body.

If you compare the kindergarten time, then would you find that one having actual guidance from 2 top quality ninja at younger age - while the other one get negged hard by the entire village - be fair ?
Is there any trace that showing Sasuke train hard when he spent time with Orochimaru ? Do you know why Kakashi is hailed as COPY NINJA ? Sasuke possesed same eye as Kakashi and even having 2 sharingan with FULL SUPPORT from uchiha blood. He can even see how much chakra is being released in colour to learn at the best way possible or reading jutsu while applying to his own arsenal. The answer is quite obiviously as all evident point to COPY & PASTE. That is not even mention the part of curse seal which help him in everything.
While Naruto has to struggle to learn rasengan in painful way, his training with Jiraiya is never been an easy one as manga fact. Jiraiya did not even teach Naruto elements or anything else beside bigger rasengan and some control over his fox - who at the time still trying to harm Naruto in every way possible since his birth til that time - another manga fact.
Naruto was not asking for the unwanted power and that power has been trying to destroy him countless of time, even hindered all of his training. Naruto himself has to train very hard to get hand on that power. While Sasuke was given free, the fight with his brother is already decided from the begining, his brother will die so Sasuke can gain power - manga fact.

9 bijuus in one body ? dont be a clown now, he didnt using 9 power vs Sasuke that time, while Sasuke has the eyes + 9 bijuus power vs tired Naruto with only half of the beasts.
