[Discussion] Why do people say naruto and sasuske will always be equals.

just because its said u are rivals that doesnt mean one cant be more stronger than the other.

rivals bring out the best each other because of the match up. In sports we see play styles are better than others like rafa vs fed.

In naruto particular jutsu are better against partilcalar shinobi.


Like itachi was good against orocihmaru because of his genjutsu. But others are not affected the same way.

Same thing regarding madara and hasihrama. Hasihrama had the edge in jutsu advantage. simple as that. Other wise why would madara go to so much trouble to get hasihrama;s powers. U think thats because their strength is equeal? no its because hasihrama has something madara doesnt have.

I don't buy this whole being equals thing. If that were the case them Madara simpy would not have needed the Kyuubi to 'even' things out.

One was stronger than the other,thus they weren't equal.
They were not equal and are currently not equal.

I don't know how to explain it. But you realise that in the manga Kishi cannot give them both upgrades at the same time. The manga has the ability to only focus on one character at a time, and it even builds up suspense. If he could upgrade both at the same he would, and you would see my true argument. For example, why did Kishi allow that new upgrade for Sasuke to be found in Oro's hideout right after naruto's new upgrade? He's leveling the turfs

It wasn't ever said that Madara was Hashirama's equal. He just survived all his fights with him. The fact that even with the EMS and Kurama he was unable to win shows this clearly. Madara was a BAMF, but Hashirama was that raised to 11.

Because there is a lot of people who are always on Sasukes pathetic little nuts who are too blind to notice that the title of the manga is Naruto. They have selective viewing they only actually comprehend the parts about Sasuke, then they take those parts and rewrite them in their imagination then post about what they imagined.

personally (even though i like hashirama more) i dont like to decide on these things until i know what actually happened. in my opinion they were equals, if anyone knows what actually happened in that fight then i would love to know, but until then i have my own opinion and i dont feel like arguing about it

Agree. But they are never the same level is my point. One spends some time at the top and then the other climbs up to say hi, only to find the other has again moved on.
Then the one below the other gets a booster and flies by the one on top.

I do agree that by the end, and when it comes to the final fight, they will likely be on equal terms of power. I can't obv say how this will happen, but I
can say that nothing is out of the question.

In theory Sasuke & Itachi could fight Naruto or any other crazy combo. I'm not saying anything because I believe it will happen but I'm saying what has happened.
