Meh, I wouldn't want to be put in cuffs. Then taken in a car,
and sent through various frustrations all because I couldn't voice
myself & explain what my situation was because I was too busy
taking orders, or someone wasn't taking my word, etc..

Though not like I'd expect anyone to take my word if
I was acting shady.

The rational way of handling this situation is to stay calm, follow the orders, and have a chat with the cops in a more relaxed environment. However, most people who get arrested are not rational people in the first place, which leads to their irrational reactions.

True shit. If I was getting arrested, I would just have my attorney fight it for me or explain to the cops when I get to the station I did nothing wrong. Trying to fight a cop in the public street is just dumb and you're asking to get hurt. I'm not justifying the bad things cops do because we still have rights but that doesn't mean we shouldn't listen to officers.
