We know Narutos goals. But Sasukes are still obscure. He's still being designed for his intentions. Something that makes you think, is far more interesting than what's already known..

Which goes without saying that the bashers are suffering the displacement effect. They choose to bash Sasuke than the Sasuke fans. Not saying all the time, but most of the time.
It's such a hassle really. I recall the board rules stating character bashing of any kind leading to a thread of pointless arguing is prohibited..

and once in a while we have a sensible person like this come by, these reason cover most of the hate, some other people might include fanboys but i personally don't see that affect your view of a character
