Why do people hate Sasuke?

People do not always say they hate Sasuke. People just might say stuff like the fact that Sasuke did not defeat Itachi, and that he won battles only because his cursed seal, but his fans maybe argue against that stuff even though it is true. I do not hate Sasuke, but I would have liked it if he did not use the cursed seal for power. I like Sasuke as a character though, he is just not my favorite (Kiba is).

Sasuke is hated bcos they don't understand him. When he wanted revenge against itachi, he was not improving as fast as he wanted, then he decided to use the evil path (orochimaru). After killing itachi, he finds out that itachi coverd up everytin and took the blame on himself. So sasuke wants to kill everyone that was involved in the plot for ruining his life. He doesn't think about any other thing but revenge, and will stop anyone in his way.
Its not his fault bcos his family and past life was taken from him. Tobi is now also manipulating him just as itachi fueled him with anger. Sasuke should not be hated but be shown pity. :

Part 1: Cool and was a cool fighter

Part 2: He was badass. He used different techniques, chidori nagashi, and stuff like that.

Now: Spamming amaterasu and susanoo. Like Naruto do: Spamming shadow clone and rasengan, that's poor, but I love how he is evil lmao xd

Sasuke has walked the wrong path, but for a reason. Sasuke wants revenge, but he isn't the only one. Shikamaru, Choji, Ino and Naruto also wanted vengeance when someone close to them died(Asuma and Jiraiya). Sasuke lost everyone, that's why he's filled with hatred.

Itachi himself acknowledged himself as a failure ...., I mean come on how the F**k can you live at first a nice happy life and make your little brother be so obsessed with you in a nice way ..., and then Kill your whole clan and not only that but mind rape your brother and make him watch you do it to them over and over again ..., I mean Itachi being peacful and Konoha's mission was just an as*pull from Kishi it completely contradicts that day ....I mean even if you want to protect your village and choose it over your clan for the greater good ..., that doesn't mean that you should mind rape your little brother and f*** up his life with hatred ..., actually Sasuke is not responsible for his fu*** up life , he is not responsible for all the Hatred/Nikushimi ...that followed him his entire life , and also if Konoha had reached Sasuke after his battle with Itachi before Tobi and Zetsu .., no F***ing way that Sasuke would have refused to go back with them ...but they were too late and Tobi , fu**d up his life even more by telling him the supposed "Truth" about Itachi that drove Sasuke more insane ..even Tobi admitted to Naruto and co. at the Land of Iron ..when he told them that "Hatred" is Sasuke's Nindo/Ninja way .." after all this I don't hate Itachi and I am not a fanboy for Sasuke either , even though you are entitled to your own opinion , think what you want of me .. I'm just stating facts and I know this had been said time and time again ..but emo is just a stupid excuse , if anyone should be entitled "emo" it should be " Uchiha Madara " the legendary shinobi that fought the 1st .., he had absolutely no reason to refuse to live a peacful life with the Senju , he took his brothers' own eyes just for pure selfishness and still failed ...atleast Sasuke lost everything in his life !

a lot of people see sasuke as arrogant... but at the same time there are only a handful of ninja who are even on his level. he fought raikage, forced him to sacrafice his arm, then battled the kages at the summit, escaped and killed danzo, then fought kakashi and naruto.... let alone taking down deidara. When he is within the top 10 ninja for the naruto series i think he has a reason to be arrogant. On top of that who else posseses the EMS and has the potential to develop the rinnegan? Like most characters in the series he is constantly improving and when people whine because the sharingan is the source of his power it makes no sense. Since the beggining of the series kishi gave us a taste of the sharingans power by introducing Itachi and Sasuke's flashbacks from the massacre. It has always been known that the sharingan was to be feared for its great power and mystery. Look at these latest manga chapters. Izanami gets introduced. We all had no idea that was even a techinique. People get all heated because inevitable sasuke will possess these techniques and power. He is naruto's main rival in the series.... he's going to have to be as strong as naruto just in a different way.
