The Curse Seal of Heaven was forced upon him however, it wasn't like afterwards he was able to use it freely with no backdraws. You must first survive the branding and posses the will to use it to which Sasuke was successful in completing. Therefore you cannot so easily downplay this accomplishment. The Mangkeyou Sharingan is his respectively. He may not have killed for it and he certainly wasn't gifted or given it but he unlocked it through the pain of loss which is a another method to obtaining this next level. The three doujutsu the first beginning with Amaterasu was awakened through an emotional moment. Tsukuyomi wasn't precisely shown when it was attained and his Susanoo was achieved by him in elapsed time but was hinted to by Juugo's quote in the summit. The only thing I can see that was "given" or "gifted" to him was the Curse Seal of Heaven and Eien no Mangekyou which he initially refused and eventually excepted as he had not a choice due to the blindness.
I appreciate your acknowledgement however, his doujutsu kekkei genkai cannot be argued as it is his respectively just like the Hyuuga's Byakugan, anyone having an advanced nature kekkei genkai, etc. therefore Sasuke is not the only one. He was born with Sharingan and later on attained Enton respectively thus it is fair. Also you stating this, is contradictory seeing as your avatar displays a Naruto's failed first attempt at fully transforming into the Kyuubi. My point is that the Kyuubi was given to Naruto whom has used this power time and time again thus using you're logic, isn't it not fair that Naruto uses the Kyuubi? In other words, if the character possesses something given or stolen, it is theirs to use regardless.
If you've truly read this manga from the beginning then you would understand why Sasuke ended up this way and that it isn't at all how you described. Besides you're contradicting yourself having that Vegeta avatar seeing as he is somewhat comparable to Sasuke.

I won't disagree with the mentally disturbed part however, everything afterwards is incorrect/insolent. You are entitled to your opinion of hating, etc. a character. However, what I would like to correct is how you claim all Uchiha to be "arrogant punks". I can't say much about Kagami as his past wasn't fully shown but as far as we know whether alive or dead (presumably via Uchiha massacre) wasn't malevolent. Leading up to Obito's death; he saved Kakashi twice and on the second time sacrificed himself and gifted his Sharingan as a literal gift to Kakashi. Itachi's only flaw was pushing Sasuke into the path of vengeance as it backfired and he as a result completely turned for the worse but besides that he sacrificed the rest of his life and feelings for his loved ones as he annihilated them all for the corrupted Konoha elders. Shisui was a great influence in how Itachi turned out as he was like an older brother role model and before his mysterious death gave Itachi his remaining Sharingan asking him to protect the village with it. In other words, your claim holds no water and is simply animosity towards this clan.
