Why do people hate Sasuke?

So what sasuke had a bad life...... Kakashi did as well...... Naruto alos
Kakashi's dad killed him self, sensai dead, best friends dead, and yet he still does what he does.
Naruto everybody hated him, isolated, teased, and yet still went on and did what he did.
I hate sasuke however i do give him credit, he killed danzo ( altough he had help from kirin and danzo was focused on tobi ), he was able to catch killer bee..... Although it was a tentecal (he was going to die if it wasn't for the plant, curse man that was with sasuke)
Killed diedera ( however the curse from oro helped him alot ).
But at the end result is that he won and thats that. So i do hate him but he did manage to stay alive and win the battle. All is farbin love and war right!!!

It's not that I hate Sasuke, but I really dislike what he's doing. It's one thing to take out bad guys, like Orochimaru, because that helps Konoha. I don't like that he attacks people who care about him and want to help him. (in every way) I don't like that he goes against everything Itachi fought and died for. I hate how Sasuke doesn't even care for his own life. Itachi gave his everything up in order to give Sasuke a life he couldn't have. (A life without being hounded by the Clan) Naruto is taking a huge risk on his reputation and credibility by trying to protect Sasuke from everyone else, while trying to convince him to come home. (Naruto has a really big heart.) Also, I don't like how Sasuke hears something about his brother and/or clan and declares revenge without trying to understand the circumstances and/or validate the claims. (Tobi innocent of Fox attack 16 years ago? And I'm the Queen of England)
However, Sasuke still has his good points. He actually hears what Naruto has to say, even if he doesn't agree. If he really didn't care, he wouldn't let him go "on a whim." Personally, I think he is touched by Naruto's undying friendship, regardless of what he says. He reminisces the Naruto bridge in Wave. He still shares secrets of his past with Naruto and how he feels about them. (in their own twisted way)
I think Sasuke is kinda pulling an Itachi, in a way. He is staying close to Tobi for power. However, it's no big secret that he wants to kill Tobi once and for all. I have a feelling that in the end, Sasuke and Naruto will pwn the creep OR Sasuke will save Naruto from death by taking the blow for him. (There's nothing to support this; it's only my opinion, so I'm not going to try to "prove" it) I mean, Sasuke did it before. Kurama told Sasuke that he would regret it if Naruto dies.

The show is named Naruto. Naruto is the main character and the protagonist. Sasuke is the antagonist. It's natural for people to hate the antagonist...

i didnt use to hate him, but because of all the fanboys i just snapped and just started disliking him
not sure if thread to troll fanboys or just not good at reading into a story.
(betrays everyone, attacks innocent people, sides with tobi, wishes to take revenge on that which itachi gave his reputation and his entire life from that moment on to protect)
the list goes on tbh...
and as for over rating, yes he's stronger than most... no-one is denying that, but there's arrogance, lack of respect for others and quite simply he's almost died many times including being saved twice against B and still failing to capture him thusfar. not saying naruto is currently better or anything, but he's never really had evil intentions in many situations where revenge could be severely involved.
Sasuke - parents and clan murdered by brother and abandoned by said brother. killed brother then found out the truth about konoha.
naruto - parents murdered, completely shunned by the village, lost a friend he wished to save from a path of evil (sasuke). seen many people hurt and killed/almost killed in the attack on konoha, jiraiya died who was a father figure to him. constantly had the worry of the tailed beast going berserk and harming those around him and/or completely changing.

Fact is, they're haters, they're overdosed with something called "haterade", it's like gatorade and powerade but only lowlifes drink them, and haterade boosts someone's anger and hate towards someone. These do not apply to everyone who dislikes or hates someone/something though. He's usually hated because he's not good, he's evil, he's emotional, he's a drama king, etc...Truth is, haters feed on someone's flaws and attack them, every little thing, they also exaggerate those flaws and make the person sound like a total shit head. Again though, these do not apply to everyone.
People don't understand what he's been through, they're unable to empathize with this because they know that what he's been through will never happen to them, so they don't bother. I'm pretty sure that if ANYONE on this site's family got killed by their sibling they would be worse. They just don't get that everyone's not Naruto, not everyone can bounce back from such a traumatic experience.
Despite what I said, I can also understand why they hate Sasuke, I mean, he's taking his revenge too far, that's not justifiable.

Don't make any assumptions. There are plenty of people in the world who understand.
If I were to describe my previous lifestyle on this site, it would be similar to Itachi's and Sasuke's story.
I was always pressured to basically be perfect. However, if I didn't meet my family's expectations, I was always punished. (I was told by anyone who heard my story that I suffered from physical, emotional, and mental abuse) At the age of 13, I was more than ready to kill them and myself. Luckily, I had a loudmouth, nosy friend who helped pull me from darkness and change my path. That's why I have an understanding of the mind of a murderer. I thank my best friend for forcing her way in my life. I still have major issues with my family, but I no longer have all that hatred in me.
However, two years ago, a few days after Christmas, my older brother tried to kill me. He had told me that he didn't even care if he went back to prison for it or anything.
I love my family, but I do not agree with hardly anything they do. I chose to let go, finish school, go to college, have friends and a life. To this day, they swear that I have a superiority complex. My friends say they are jealous of my success and have inferiority complexes. I choose to stay away from my family because I know how they feel about me.
As I said before, don't make assumptions about people you don't even know. I bet there are others on this site that also have not-so-great lives.
