Sakura should at least be liked for the fact that she's extremely intelligent and has the best chakra control bar Sasuke and Tsunade in the entire manga, and is the best medic in all the generations like Tsunade as proven by Databook IV and the manga. She achieved this without any power ups, hand outs, and ancestry. That was, perhaps, Kishimoto's entire point that intelligent people can achieve or become something if they persevere.
Most people dislike her for no reason at all, other than being Sasuke haters and Hinata wankers; Sasuke hater lobby dislikes her on principle, because she is associated with Sasuke, and Hinata haters cannot stand that their stuttering bimbo never got the spotlight. I have not come across one legitimate reason from almost all the members here, other than bland excuses enough to manure a garden.
As for me, then I don't like her characterization only. I like her because she's a skilled ninja; second best in her generation.
