This goes will alot of characters (Orochimaru, Muu, 3rd Raikage). In this case Sasuke is stomping, Itachi literally can't do anything against him except for some Katons and throw some Shurikens before Sasuke used PS to step on him.

#Inb4: Totsuka is a spiritual weapon, therefore it can pass throught Susano'o. No, not really. While it may be the case that both Yata no Kagami and Totsuka no Tsurugi are spiritual weapons, they come into contact with the physical world in order to block or pierce.

An example of that is when Totsuka pierced Orochimaru and blood came out of him or when Sasuke tried to strike the Yata no Kagami with his sword and the Yata no Kagami blocked and repelled it. Fact is, the Totsuka no Tsurugi and Susano'o won't be capable of putting a single scratch on Sasuke's Susano'o considering it's tanking capabilities while, on the other hand, Sasuke can either outlast him or control the Enton in order to attack him from underground in a similiar way Madara did to Tsunade. But Orochimaru gave up on Itachi when they fought cause Orochimaru knew itachi is out of his league. Sasuke with EMS can defeat MS Itachi

If anything Orochimaru has a good shot at beating Itachi currently, due to his recent power-up; but that is off topic. Point is, Sasuke is destroying Itachi, the only way Itachi will have a shot is if Sasuke is paraplegic, deaf, and blind in one eye.

If you put things in such stylized manner I might be tempted to agree but I beg differ about the totsuka blade and Shield. It can pierce the Susanoo cause you gave the example of Madara it was Madara's susanoo which was cracked by A and Tsunade I guess.

Here's where you went wrong. Comparing the V1 Susano'o, to a complete one. The Totsuka isn't piercing Susano'o, especially due to the fact it's not generalized around piercing like it's counterpart; Orochimaru's Kusanagi.
