Why do people call Danzo Fodder?

Honestly, what part of Danzo is Fodder-like? Dude was 72, and did a decent job fighting Sasuke 'New Powers as the Plot Demands' Uchiha. Around 10 or so Izanagi eyes, Shisui's Mangekyo sharingan with Kotoamatsukami and which has been shown to increase his reflexes, decent chakra reserves and Wood Release, alongside some pretty impressive Wind Jutsu? I mean, Christ, sure he was a douche but that doesn't mean he's a fodder.

One of NB's definitions of "fodder" is simply "a disliked character", so there's that. Plus many people say he was wasteful with Izanagi. Sure, when you list his feats like that, he is strong, but tell me, what do you think of his Izanagi use? He basically fried all of his eyes one after another instead of using substitute jutsu, for example.

I did think that it's sort of a one-time deal, like once his arm is unsealed it's all automatic and can't be stopped by him, but was it confirmed?

I mean wasting 13-30 eyes you stole from a clan after you had them all killed by their own blood, on one battle against one of the few that survived, and more closely that you allowed to survive, only in the end to show him you had a handful of his family's eyes on yourself that your going to use them to help kill him .-.

I'm pretty sure the Izanagi was automatic though, seeing as it constantly ate up chakra until he released the jutsu.

OT: He isn't fodder, people just dislike his characters so they tend to be bias about him.

Most people use the "burrowed" power up argument with danzo. That makes no sense, since they are ninjas. Ninjas are not meant to play by the rules or be nice. Danzo is definitely one of the stronger characters in the series.

I still don't understand the borrowed power arguement. Madara took Wood Release. Naruto has Kyuubi. Sasuke has Itachi's eyes. Kabuto has...too long to list. Sound 4 and Sasuke (formerly) had the Curse Seal...

Seriously, of anyone wants to make a borrowed power arguement, just don't. They're ninjas. They're supposed to use every advantage they can get. I actually respect Danzo and Kabuto for realizing this and gaining as many Game-Breakers as possible.
