Not really. We have seen nothing from any 3 T Uchiha. Itachi made it clear in part I that even Kakashi was not at the level of an Uchiha with a Sharingan.

Kakashi did shit against him even when all of his stats were reduced to 30% status. He couldn't defeat him without another opponent, when Itachi wasn't even there to fight.

You cannot get around the manga for dear old Kakashi, no matter how much you want to. What Itachi said is a fact. You need Uchiha Blood and Body for the Sharingan to work at optimum level.

Kakashi was a genius, hence why he was even better w/ a sharingan, it would be like giving hashi or minato a sharingan.

Danzo found a way to spam an extremely powerful kinjutsu that was only meant to be a one-time use.

Madara, & even obito were much better at using the rinnegan than nagato was, nagato merely showcased all the paths which isn't as impressive as controlling the gedo statue/bijuu or creating limbo clones.

Dude danzo was using Izanagi for tired out sasuke who just took on Raikage,mei,gaara,oonoki,mifune,5jounin he was wasting izanagi on kunai and shuriken.

MS itachi fair enough but kakashi didnt do it alone , also itachi wasnt well rested for 3 days on top of having to use 30% chakra after that.

Sasuke & Madara were the only 2 to unlock it no other uchiha did that who else besides them & obito can we compare them to when it comes to the rinnengan.
