Why do non uchihas do so much better than most uchihas with dojutsu?

Not including the best uchihas of all time, in general for some reason non uchihas do so much better with their dojutsu like Kakashi, Danzo, Nagato. Why are most uchihas so bad with their own specialty compared to non uchihas, it makes no sense why they are portrayed this way. Other than the best of all time uchihas, most of them really suck.

Danzo was just an Izanagi spammer, he never really used his sharingan outside of KA or Izanagi. Kakashi's skill with the sharingan is good but Itachi, Sasuke and Madara are far better. Nagato's Rinnegan usage was great but Sasuke and Madara are worlds above him.

At 3 T level? Kakashi and Danzo won't do well against any 3 T possessing Uchiha. Kakashi's prowess with 3T were absolutely laughable. We all saw how he struggled with 3T Sharingan. It was not until the war-arc did he receive that magical control boost.

Danzo's KA use was laughably poor with Shisui's MS of all the people. His Genjutsu was broken by a simple interuption. Even a regular 3T Genjutsu requires two people to break it.

the average uchiha at best has 3t. Sasuke heavily relied on ms to beat danzo.
