It's not slutty girls specifically, basically because such girls look full of life and witty, and care about their bodies meaning wearing nice outfits, I mean every girl who is like that is more attractive not just slutty girls,

It's not about necessarily bad or good.
It's just that you are attracted to something you can't have...
It's general thing for women as well as for men..

It's just their taste in men but there's nothing wrong with that right? ^^ It's the same like some other girls may prefer a quiet boy or a talkative one, girls don't love only bad boys, it's what they look for in a man they prefer.
