Why Didn't Sasuke Get Two Rinngeans?

I don't understand why Kishi didn't just give Sasuke two rinnegans instead of just one. If i'm not mistaken he still has his sharingan abilities locked into his new Rinnegan (so those abilities won't go away) and if he had two instead of one he wouldn't look so derpy.

Kaguya had 9 tomoe.

My only answer might be that Kishi thought it'd look bad on Sasuke if he got two rinnegan.

He didn't get Ashura's chakra like Madara, he only got Hagaromo's Yin chakra so only got 1 eye. Yin Yang unlocks both. Indra=Yin and Ashura=Yang.

As u can see sasukes seal and his eye are on his dominant side and the only way for sasuke to get double tomoe rinnegan is if he had both seals on both arms..as for madara he never had hago's seal so his mutation was not the same as sasuke's sine he only ingested a bit of ashura chakra with no seal ..it can be assumed that indra himself would get the same power up as sasuke if he got the seal same as sasuke nd would only get 2 if he had both seals..tomoe rinnegan exist as kish's way to not take sasuke/indra from there roots the sharingan while at the same time adding mystery to sasuke's new eye ...take note that Sasuke from 'The last' still only has one

Seems that the maximum amount of tomoes any character has shown in their eyes are 9. If you add the 6 to Sasuke's right 3, then that equates to 9. Probably some Japanese thing.

sasuke's eye isnt juubi eye. its rinnegan.

juubi, kaguya and madara eye has 9 tomoe.

That's a misconception people have just because Sasuke doesn't 2 Rinnegan doesn't mean he can't unleash there power. Sasuke has a Rinnegan with Tomoes which is more powerful than an ordinary one. Sure he may have 1 but people seem to forget that Sasuke Right eye is an EMS and is his and not somebody else's which he also draws power from as opposed to Obito who had 1 Sharingan which was his but the Rinnegan wasn't.
