WHY didn't Obito Killed Kakashi!!!??

If Obito killed Kakashi, then he cannot be hidden (mask).
Kakashi will know who was in the mask.
Notice that Obito did not killed anyone that knew him.
Those nin at that scene when Rin die, he had to kill, they saw him. Kakashi did not, but fainted.
The scene at the birth of Naruto, Minato & Kushina knew, but both die. Nobody knew.
Kushina only told Naruto when taking control of the kyuubi.
Naruto told Tsunade & Raikage about that of what happened during his birth.
The masked man was the Devil - either Obito or Madara make no difference...

Eh, I'd say Universal, because it's use extends the bounds of the Naruto Universe
