WHY didn't Obito Killed Kakashi!!!??

when Obito first got the MS after seeing Kakashi killing Rin! He went on a Rampage and killed everybody except him!! At that time maybe he still saw him as his friend, but after that he had numerous chances to kill him! The one that is most disturbing is the encounter before the kages summit!! he could of capture Naruto and taken care of Yamato and Kakashi!!
The question why the wait!!? I surely don't think he wanted them to get stronger!!
