Well, if you look at how Obito died..

If the entire left side of his body was crushed, why wasn't he dead instantly? ._.

You know, you can't breath without lunges. Or live without a head. Why wasn't he dead straight away xD? Did he send his body to the other dimension maybe? Awakening his MS, so he didn't feel the other side of his body.

Idk, it's just something I noticed. That's probably how he would have survived to do any feat beyond his death. ( Not saying his Tobi, if that's what your thinking, but that would maybe be how his eye survived.. )​

I think he was just referring to Chidori in this case. Minato had told Kakashi that the move was incomplete because he couldn't catch the defensive movements by an enemy because he was moving too fast.
