Do you remember Pain invasion? She defeated one of Pain summons with one hit.

What do you think she will do? She hasn't trained since the sasori fight, so she is technically still at that level, she didnt even train during the war preparation fillers. I doubt she will be able to do anything to obito, Madara or the Juubi.

I dont know, Im not Kishi. But other rookies arent on a whole other level compared to her, yet they have been useful in some degree.

You can also notice that majority of the ninjas in the front are those who are those who can use offensive and defensive attacks. A medic's primary role in a war is to heal people, not to fight the enemy- which is why they're always situated close to the back of the battlefield.
