Why Didnt Nagato Have Access 2 Limbo?

I'm sure its been said already but:

1. He didn't have it because Madara didn't teach it to Obito. Nagato learned about the 6 paths because Madara taught it to Obito. He did not do the same with Limbo.

2. Limbo was, without a doubt, added later in the story as a way to make Madara more powerful and therefore was not created when Pain was the greatest villain in the manga.

Because he's not the original owner of the Rinnegan

that simple. same reason why obito did not have it. original owners of the rinnegan get jutsu specific to them as also seen with ameno and sasuke.

Masashi Kishimoto did not yet created that technique at that time when writing the manga,

All rinnegan techniques come from Kishis's ass, so its up to him, to whom he chooses to give what.

As the Rinnegan can let you use any technique you want, per ch. 425, maybe Nagato could use but didn't have the strength or he did know it but we didn't see him use it.
