Why Didnt Nagato Have Access 2 Limbo?

Madara hinted when attempting to steal Sasuke's eye that the Rinnegan's special technique can be used by another person besides the original owner. If that's true, then Nagato simply didn't know Limbo existed. If that's not the case, then just like Susano'o, only the original owner can use it.

Actually, Ameno is also a Rinnegan jutsu, so Madara and Nagato should've had access to it from the start. Amaterasu is also a MS jutsu and thus, Obito should have access to it by default. Needless to say, Kishimoto made it very clear that certain ocular powers are exclusive to specific individuals with Kaguya's Ameno being exclusive to only her, Sasuke's variation of Ameno being exclusive to him, and Limbo being exclusive to Madara.

Eyes show their full power when they're with their owner. Although I still think that involves the strength of the eyes. Like how Madara using the 6 paths would be at a greater level compared to Nagato.

The way I view it is like this:

Madara taught Obito the 6 paths and Obito taught them to Nagato. Limbo happened to not be part of that knowledge that was passed down to Obito

I agree. I'm just questioning his logic because Edo Madara is a Rinnegan user as well and did not have it and displayed superior Rinnegan usage than Nagato did.

I honestly disagree with the idea of Nagato having the capability to even use Ameno even if he had enough chakra to use it.
