Why didn't Kabuto revive Orochimaru?

Just bought the latest volume of Naruto, its the conclusion of the Itachi/Sasuke vs. Kabuto fight.
We all know what happens afterwards. So why didn't Kabuto do that from the beginning? And is Orochimaru going to be angry that Kabuto wasn't the one to revive him?

bcos he's not dead.he was in a dormant state inside saske.so no reanimation.

Kabuto was trying to become his own person and added orochimaru to that concoction.

In a way he was preserving him,though he was also using him to his own benefit.

Yeah, I think Kabuto was using him for his own benefit also.
Oh silver I meant revive the real Orochimaru, not bring him back as an edo. Bringing back the real Oro was possible all along.
